Grant McAvoy is a Former carpentry and construction teacher with over 20 years in the home construction business. Grant brings his industry experience and his excellent customer service, and attention to detail to provide you with the best home watch service experience. Vancouver Home Watch’s focus is to support the owners of homes that are frequently left unoccupied for a variety of reasons: Families on vacation (snow birds) or with seasonal properties that require the peace of mind that their primary home is maintained and protected. Executive travellers who need that same confidence while they focus on business. Bankers and Realtors who turn to us to service properties undergoing Transfer of Ownership, Power of Sale or Estate management.
